Each player may hold only one phbinggo account. Duplicate accounts will be closed.
Cheating, collusion, or exploitation of software bugs is strictly prohibited.
Player funds are held separately from operational funds for your protection.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and phbinggo.

The phbinggo Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. To register a phbinggo Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) phbinggo Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
phbinggo is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and other documentation before withdrawals are processed or at any time phbinggo deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbinggo Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your Account.
You agree to notify phbinggo immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. phbinggo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
All activity conducted through your phbinggo Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you. phbinggo is entitled to rely on instructions received through your Account without further verification.
phbinggo strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security. This feature is available in your Account security settings.
phbinggo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods only: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. phbinggo does not accept deposits from credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Platform.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. phbinggo aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your Account. GCash withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified account in your own name. phbinggo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements as set out in Section 6.
All transactions on the phbinggo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phbinggo does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
phbinggo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.
phbinggo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, multi-accounting, or collusion will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

All games available on the phbinggo Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by phbinggo or any third party. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface and form part of these Terms.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on phbinggo's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. phbinggo's records constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions.
phbinggo reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to your Wallet.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phbinggo Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the phbinggo Platform — including but not limited to the phbinggo name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of phbinggo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phbinggo Platform without prior written consent from phbinggo.
phbinggo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phbinggo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phbinggo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phbinggo will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
phbinggo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, phbinggo reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any Real Money Funds pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons other than breach, Real Money Funds will be returned to the player following completion of any required verification.
You may close your phbinggo Account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method.
phbinggo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with phbinggo informally by contacting our support team. phbinggo will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account transactions, phbinggo's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external complaint is filed with PAGCOR or any other regulatory body.
