The phbinggo platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. phbinggo does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If phbinggo discovers or is notified that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and report the matter to PAGCOR as required.
